Dan McDonald brings a wealth of experience to our team with over 35 years in software sales, training, and implementation. Dan has over a decade of experience in the municipal software field, with a concentration on system implementation of adjudication processes. His years in the industry make him well versed in both state statutes and municipal procedures.

As a sales manager, Dan excelled in developing a strong market presence in Illinois through the cultivation of solid customer relationships and knowledge of the products and industry he represents. His familiarity with the municipal marketplace allows him to work with clients to understand their processes and develop the best solution to fit their specific requirements.

Dan has worked with numerous municipalities to evaluate, augment, and implement adjudication processes to best fit their needs, and has extensive knowledge of both police and building department practices.

His experience in both software and government sales make him an invaluable asset to the DACRA Tech team.

Brandon Knox

Deep Experience Government Sales and Parking Enforcement Solutions.

Brandon Knox is a Business Development Manager with 15 plus years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with an emphasis in Government sales for over half of that timeline.

He joined DACRA Tech from the Parking Enforcement Hardware and Software industry, where he drove government and private sector companies to innovate and change how to monetize the enforcement piece of parking. Brandon has a passion to problem solve and follow through for his client base, as well as being a firm believer in taking care of clients and listening to what their needs are first. Brandon is a family man. When he is not working, he enjoys playing golf, going to sporting events and spending time with his family.
