DACRA Tech’s Alarm Management consists of an automated Module that maintains and monitors alarm registrations and tracks excessive false alarm occurrences.
Our Alarm Registration module registers active alarm systems by owner or vendor and maintains an incident history. This allows municipalities to establish parameters for billable and non-billable incidents, then tracks each occurrence.
If an alarm owner experiences an excessive number of false alarms, the DacraTech Alarm Management Module will automatically create an invoice based upon a predetermined frequency of events.
